@santanderukhelp An unauthorised payment taken from the account. I tried to explain how it is a scam, and if there was anyway of getting the money back (which there isn’t - fair enough) but I’ve never felt so patronised and spoken down to. I would like to make a formal complaint

@astoldbykirstyx I was on microgynon for about 12-16 months when I first went on the pill, and I had a really bad experience. Regulated my periods but messed up my mental health and suffered from awful migraines. Been on the mini pill now for 4 years and works perfect for me!
