@SamsungIndia the door handle of a 670 lt refrigetor comes off not once, but twice in the first 3 years. It desnt end here. The whatsapp message after a call to the custmer care, gives me a link to solve water supply issue for my washing machine ! Things need fixing .

@Toyota_India if the waiting period of 8 months for a car wasn't enough, I am now being told this will take another 4-5 months ! The whole experience has been extremely poor, to say the least.

@AxisBankSupport I am just amazed at how poor the OTP process is. After waiting for 180 seconds for the OTP even the on call otp didn't work ! Pathetic .
