"I brought him into the league here in Detroit in 2015…Had the best percentage in the league last year winning challenges…That's not the only thing he does––this guy can really coach, and is a future star"
–– Stan Van Gundy on Knicks assistant Jordan Brink
I’m very blessed and excited to announce my commitment to Calvin University! I want to thank God, my family, and my coaches for helping me get to this point. And thank you to Coach Sall and Coach DeVries for believing in me. @CalvinMensBball@baskejone
Game 3:
In a low-scoring defensive battle, Kent City and Covenant Christian stayed within 2 possessions the entire game with numerous lead changes. Going into the final period trailing 28-24, CC held KC to just 2 FTs in outscoring them 10-2 in the 4th qtr. Covenant Christian remains undefeated with a 34-30 victory.
CC's length and athleticism caused problems for KC all night as they mixed their man defense with presses, traps, and zones. CC had a 21-9 advantage in steals and disrupted KC's offense for long stretches.
Sr Samantha Meulenberg (pictured, #14) led Covenant Christian with 10 points, but also picked up 6 steals. 6' Jr twin towers Sara DeVries (pictured, #10) and Jenna DeVries (pictured, #35) showed some beautiful interior passing and combined for 13 points, 16 rebounds, and 5 assists. Fellow jr Maraya VanOverloop was flying all over the court defensively in collecting 8 steals and numerous deflections to go with a 5-for-6 performance at the FT line.
Jr Brooklynn Skrabis came off the bench to hit a pair of 3s and led Kent City with 8 points, while jr Brooklynn Pelletier-Harding added 7 points and 9 rebounds.

Knicks sold their entire franchise and future to skate by a pistons team of teenagers by missed calls, desperate and embarrassing ref ball, and flopping
Brunson hasn’t been able to shake Ausar or Schroeder so he’s resorted to this grifting foul baiting. And the refs fall for it. It’s disgraceful. Dishonest hoops.
