So this is the payslip of a doctor 2 yrs out of medschool working in the #NHS in 2005. A doctor working the same job 2 years out of med school makes the SAME amount of money today. With worse conditions, ++ more patient load & increased complexity! Makes NO sense!😵‍💫😵‍💫 #NHSStrikes
