same 6 call and one person picked up.but he was rudely for answering regarding not picked up the calls..Plz do upgrade orelse increase staff capacity for customer care services. My call picked after 40 min

@IRCTCofficial I already mailed 2 times but not reply from official side..plus I called thrice to your given number but even after 5-5 minutes also no one picked up calls..it's a same about your customer services.

Many શ્ર holder having same mistakes even after proper registration and correction some do needful.

No water output so bridges also vanished. Do needful for it

Every place where bullet train bridges crosses NH48 there rough road and traffic jam at Chikhli n surat point.
Same at expressway cross point.plz repair

Heavy pits throughout road even Umbhan,Khadki n many bridges pits covered with block!this is the our European standards.
Atleast heavy traffic roadwork do properly.
1 year total new road vanished.

Last year road jam bcz of new road work & same road vanished within a year. Bridges road above sea level also big pits
