@vrbo so frustrated! I've spent 7 hrs on the phone this week trying to get my booking that has DISAPPEARED from ur site rebooked using ur "guarantee." Today I learn, that can't happen until I arrive at my destination! That's not safe and really horrible customer service! 😩🤦🏼‍♀️🤬
