@ZEE5India Zee5 knew they would never recover their licensing fees from FIFA because of their terrible pricing strategy and garbage content catalog. In a greedy move, they first introduced a 3 month FIFA pack, which makes absolutely no sense since the World Cup only runs for a month and a half, and they even included ads on this ₹799 plan.

After launching this crooked scheme, they realized they still could not save their failing, debt ridden OTT platform because all their money was drained by the FIFA licensing costs. Consequently overnight and after explicitly marketing the ₹799 plan for 3 devices they secretly changed the limit from 3 devices to just 1 device. They seem to think they are Netflix or Prime Video, but even those platforms would not pull a stunt like this. You stupid bastards need to respond immediately, issue a public statement regarding refunds and offer an official apology. @jagograhakjago #zee5scam
