After getting some not good news on my health status from my doc a little over a month ago regarding my A1C, cholesterol, and blood pressure, we’ve been consistently doing 3 mile runs (walk/runs) 3x a week on the treadmill and are lifting 3x a week. Today I had to tighten my duty belt approximately 3 inches and am down 15 pounds.
Just wanted to share a proud moment of hard earned results. Thank you to all who’ve encouraged and supported me this far. The work continues.
