@OnlyInBOS Very true...the problem is the same restaurant groups keep buying up boston spots so its like the same restaurant with a slightly different menu throughout the area and it tastes the same and more expensive. Pvd has to watch out now for this is starting there too

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK I did say if they just charged her with dui death resulting we never would have heard of her... and she would have had a few years in jail with that. Obviously no where near a manslaughter sentencing, but yes reasonable doubt she 100% should be off.

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK Insurance does not cover you with social host laws.That is criminal if someone leaves your house drunk and kills someone you are criminally charged as well. Now not saying that is the case here,but not waking up with how many emergency vehicles and I think someone went inside too

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK I think the home owner panicked as well because if someone who left his house accidently hit him he would be liable being the home owner having after hour drinks after a bar during a blizzard. Doesnt make him a murderer but a reason he did not come out

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK I believe Karen was black out drunk/brown out and honestly doesnt remember pieces. That many drinks I know I would be.Many things could have happened and usually its the most simple. But how many msgs were deleted too and witness stories changed. It really is a crazy tragic event

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK To taint 2 jury pools is equivalent of accusing others for doing this, no? This has been our court of law for how many years and we are by far the best country in the world. I dont think the 3rd party was used in the 2nd trial but could be mistaken. Again Im pretty neutral

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK well professional prosecutors and law enforcement should be well aware of this then and know if they cant prove reasonable doubt at times then only charge where they have enough evidence. The investigation and witness actions allowed reasonable doubt

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK Well it was not enough evidence in the court of law 2x to convict her on that charge so its a big failure on the investigators and prosecution then. I dont believe a massive conspiracy as more than 2 people someone would crack, but actions allowed the narrative to get her off.

@ALL_WEDO_ISWORK All I said was their actions allowed this narrative to happen. They changed stories several times as well and the fact you dont come outside with a dead body on your lawn is very suspect. Probably was nervous of social host laws if he truly did not know what was going on.
