Ground beef is expensive because the U.S. cattle herd is the smallest it has been in roughly 75 years.

Why is the herd so small?

The shortage developed during the Biden administration as years of drought forced ranchers to cull cows, while high feed and input costs made matters worse.

The cattle cycle takes years to reverse.

And no, cattle don’t magically appear because people are angry about grocery prices.

Cattle take 18–24 months just to reach slaughter weight. Rebuilding the breeding herd takes even longer.

So what did Trump do?

He announced a 90-day deal allowing up to 300,000 metric tons of ground beef into the U.S. with no out-of-quota tariffs and a commitment to sell it 25% BELOW current market prices.

The goal?

Give working families some relief at the grocery store NOW while American ranchers rebuild the herd.

A temporary increase in supply to help lower the price of one of the most expensive grocery staples without permanently undercutting U.S. cattle producers.

That’s called a practical solution.

But sure, keep complaining about literally everything.

God forbid anyone acknowledge a concrete step that could actually LOWER food prices.

A simple “thank you” would do.

I am a J6er.

It was not an insurrection.

It was a redress of grievances. The First Amendment. A million people showed up because they believed their votes were stolen and their voices were being erased. I walked through an open door on a handicap ramp. Police stood there. People walked in and out. I chanted “Stop the Steal” for 22 minutes. I saw no violence. I committed none.
They could not stomach a protest they did not control.

When they burned cities in 2020 they called it mostly peaceful. When we showed up they called it the worst thing since the British burned the Capitol in 1812. They sent 24 FBI agents after dads for a Class B petty offense that used to be a $50 ticket. They stacked a 20-year felony the Supreme Court later said they applied unconstitutionally. They put us in the same court that was already at war with Trump.

They destroyed families. They destroyed businesses. They turned fathers against sons. They put kids and families through TSA hell. They wanted us bankrupt, destitute, ashamed, and silent.

COVID taught them they could shut churches, lock people in their homes, and crush small businesses. January 6 taught them they could make protest itself a crime if the wrong people did it.
That is not justice. That is a police state picking winners and losers.

We are still here.

I became the First person in Washington State ever sentenced to prison for picketing.

Before January 6 this was a $50 ticket. Almost nobody in history went to federal prison for walking through an open door and chanting.

Then they stacked a 20-year felony — obstruction of an official proceeding. A law written for shredding documents. They charged 350 of us. The Supreme Court later said they used it unconstitutionally.

The same DC judges who sent dads to prison for a petty offense were the ones running lawfare against Trump. The same bench that called January 6 worse than 9/11 and the British burning the Capitol in 1812.

Lawfare attacked Americans and the President.

They turned misdemeanors and fake felonies into political weapons, so you would be too frightened oppose them.
