สรุป $VCX คือกองทุน venture ที่ซื้อขายได้ในตลาดหุ้น ซึ่งพยายามทำให้คนทั่วไปเข้าถึงพอร์ต private tech ได้ง่ายขึ้นผ่าน ticker เดียว

ราคาที่เทรดในตลาดไม่ได้วิ่งตามมูลค่าพอร์ตข้างในแบบตรง ๆ
พอร์ตยังประเมินออกมาเป็น NAV ได้ แต่ market price สามารถเบี่ยงจาก NAV ได้มาก

ยิ่ง underlying เป็น private assets ราคาก็ยิ่งถูกขับด้วย sentiment มากขึ้น 🥶
