@MHFZZEnjoyer This looks like a vision to an alternate timeline where Capcom went through into making monster hunter into a high fantasy game instead of a (relatively) grounded Sci Fi Ecology world. The one we have now was the best choice, keep the magic for the Elder Dragons and Crossovers.
