@GaluguSanjeev@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana I got a government medical college seat in India. I'm not like you—studying abroad, enjoying life, spending ₹30–35 lakh, and then failing the FMGE then demanding justice for reducing screening marks.
@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana Abroad Jaa kar maal phhokane ki jagah padh likh liya hota to yaha FMGE ko easy or screening marks reduce karne ki bakch@di nahi karni padti
@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana Bro, the same thing happens in NEET PG and INI-CET as well. You take the exam, and then the result is announced directly. The same process is followed in FMGE too.
And if someone is scoring 149 marks, just tell them to put in a little more effort—they'll cross 150.
@medicinepaglu65 First, they don't study properly. Then they can't even score 50% in the FMGE, despite there being no negative marking. Then they shouting "Reservation! Reservation!" on everyone.
Don't mind it bro... Frustrated hai ye
@akshay19r@Sudhasi16348770 Bro, in India, the private medical college lobby is so powerful that the government can't goes against them. And those who can afford to pay ₹3–4 crore as a donation are still securing decent branch with -40 marks.
Sad, but that's the reality.
@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana I agree with your opinion. -40 marks cutoff is a poor policy, regardless of any reason .It also sends the wrong message to society. People often assume that every doctor who gets a PG seat qualified through the reduced cutoff, overlooking those who earned their seats by hardwork.
@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana NBEM can't lower the standard of the FMGE just to help more FMGs qualify. Otherwise, tomorrow you'll say that the USMLE and PLAB are too difficult and should be made easier because you can't pass them.
Hope you get the point.
@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana As a result, many medical colleges face a shortage of non-clinical professors. Because of this, many non-clinical subjects are being taught by MSc and PhD graduates instead of MBBS graduates with MD/MS postgraduate qualifications.
@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana I said GOI has planned to fill non-clinical seats, but there is still very little interest among MBBS graduates in non-clinical branches.
@akshay19r@_VarmaVandana If your preparation is good, external factors such as the room temperature or the AC don't make much difference. You only need to answer about 50% of the questions correctly, and there is no negative marking in the FMGE. These are just excuses.
