It is NO LONGER listed on your official records Congressman, it was revoked! It was removed from your DD214 and your OMPF because you did not meet the requirements then, nor do you now. You were a 38A not an 11 or 18 Series MOS.

You know the rules and regulations for the CIB and you just decide to make your own rules? The S1 that is listed on the Memo awarding it to you says he DID NOT sign off it and he doesn’t know who did, but he wouldn’t have signed it because he knew you didn’t meet the requirements.

You are very well aware you weren’t eligible for it, as you already had the CAB from your previous deployment.

@cmpco I absolutely appreciate it. It was frustrating. My street was listed (all 5 of us) as done. Workers came and left and we still had not power, but entire street taken off outage list. Happened twice.
