I don't know much about programmingbut they could have limited the parameter for the the randomizers.
Or group the randomizers.
Let's say shuffling with
A white skin randomized with a selected number of hair textures.
Same with a black skin.

Fable was originally going to use a tool that could randomly create all 1,000 NPCs in the game.

It would have saved the developers “so much time,” but the characters often didn’t make much sense.

The system would randomly combine things like a character’s appearance, personality and job, the results could create NPCs that simply didn’t fit together.

So Playground Games decided to make the NPCs by hand instead.

Sometime ago, I said I had already played the best samurai game ever made. And it wasn’t Shadows or Ghost of Tsushima and it definitely won’t be Yōtei but…

After playing Yotei for nearly 20 hours, I’m having the best time ever. It’s better in every way compared to Tsushima. And while Atsu to many people isn’t as good as Jin. I’m finding her story really compelling and he clashing with Matsumae clan; is fantastic

It’s the best samurai game of all time and it might be the best game on PS5

Easily one of the games that made me a gamer.
