@PlayStation @AskPlayStation why was I permanently banned and have received no email explaining why? I’ve been a longtime account holder (over a decade) without having ever been suspended before. You make it impossible to connect with a human or understand what is going on.

@JohnRodkey @AskPlayStation Same thing happened to me about 15 min ago. No email or explanation and it says it’s permanent. Never even had a suspension and not a single idea why I’m banned since my mic is barely ever on. Can’t get connected with anyone at @PlayStation to figure out anything

@michaeldhaliwal @PlayStation @AskPlayStation I’ll also add that I submitted for the email to explain why and it never showed. Also tried to submit an appeal and got an error saying I’m not even eligible for that either. Quick search told me if not eligible means you aren’t suspended/banned.
