It has now been twelve days since my Facebook account was hijacked and despite all my e-mails and tweets and attempts to get help through your various online forms etc. I have still not heard from you... 1/3

Facebook has allowed a hacker to steal my private data and you have done nothing to help me regain control of my account or even delete/freeze the account so that the hacker cannot use my private data.
I started the process of reporting you to the ICO but... 2/3

It has now been over 3 days since I discovered my Facebook account has been hijacked. You let a hacker change my password, change the primary email address and lock me out of my account. 1/5

I have emailed, tweeted, my wife has tried reporting the hack through Facebook but you have not responded, not offered any help. I don't know what else I can do except report the data breach to the ICO. 4/5

.@fbsecurity @Meta It has now been nearly 70 hours since I first tried to report my FB account has been hacked and taken over. I have repeatedly tried all of the 'help' on your site (which is useless) and emailed but still no response.
My personal data has been stolen... 1/2

I have been e-mailing, tweeting, trying every 'help' option Facebook suggests none of which have helped nor have you responded.
If I do not hear from someone soon I will report this as a GDPR data breach to the ICO.

You have allowed my personal data to be stolen and you have done nothing to help. Your Help centre is useless all of the ways of reporting need me to be logged into Facebook which, as a result of being hacked, I can't.
