Had a great weekend in Flagstaff at the Flagstaff Chili Festival. We were up against the pros - several past and/or current world champions - but we were fortunate to hear our name called in Chili Verde in the Arizona State Championship, coming in 3rd Place!

Snowdown Chili Cookoff results: 3rd Place in Green Chili People’s Choice; 2nd Place in Judges Green Chili (for our almost famous Darth Verde pork green chili); and 1st Place in Judges Veggie Chili (for second straight year!). 20+ cooks; 2,000+ chili tasters!
