@karanjms@My3Alexandra And the Lancaster county coroner confirmed not one person has died FROM measles...this may help clarify for you. https://t.co/aTQBnJQ1sM
Here’s what we know so far about the two deaths in Lancaster, Pennsylvania that are widely being called “measles deaths:”
1. Governor Shapiro announced, “the first two measles-associated deaths in Pennsylvania in 35 years.”* This phrasing is important. He did not say “measles deaths” or “deaths from measles” which means the facts do not allow him to say that. And just as people can die with Covid, as opposed to from Covid, people can die with measles, as opposed to from measles.
2. While claiming that, “protecting the confidentiality of residents is a core responsibility of the Department of Health” and thus, “out of respect for their privacy, [the DOH] will not be releasing additional personal details,” as they’re “protecting people’s privacy and confidentiality,” they had no issue disclosing that the two individuals were supposedly unvaccinated which is, in fact, a medical and personal detail.
3. According to the County Commissioner, Joshua Parsons, as of August 25, 2026, “The Coroner’s office indicates that it currently has ZERO reported cases where measles is the immediate cause of death.”**
4. Most critically, if these two had died of measles, the Pennsylvania Governor and health department would no doubt have been blasting out that claim, instead of saying “measles-associated deaths” and “residents with measles have died.”
5. While jumping at any chance to hopefully pin a death on a disease for which there is a vaccine, these same officials don’t give a hoot about the children and adults across this country that are killed, injured, or left with a chronic disease from their worshipped vaccine products, no matter the number. The daily unrelenting flow of those contacting our firm about deaths and devastating injuries from vaccines are irrelevant to them. A maybe case, just hopeful case, that measles may have caused a death, that is all they care about even when all the facts are not in yet.
6. Ironically, Governor Shapiro preached that: “There’s real life consequences to spreading misinformation. There’s real life consequences to scaring people and not relying on actual doctors and actual medical professionals to provide unbiased information to parents…Sharing…misinformation does not help the cause of public health.” Yet, I have not seen the Governor or the Pennsylvania DOH correcting any of the media that is spreading misinformation, scaring people, and not relying on unbiased information in their reporting of these deaths as being “measles deaths” or “from measles.” These outlets include The New York Times, Reuters, The Guardian, USA Today, ABC News, Wall Street Journal, and many more.***
7. Governor Shapiro also identified another serious problem: “Measles has been so rare for so long that many doctors don’t know a lot about it” and explains that their DOH has had to “work[] to inform physicians of the symptoms so they can tell the difference between the rash that appears from measles and perhaps some other rash.” When vaccination becomes the sole answer, the quality of healthcare declines.
8. Perhaps the most important thing that Governor Shapiro said is something that everyone needs to remember and respect: “Parents absolutely have the right to make their own decisions on how to best protect their kids.”

@Pharmdca Diamond hands here...not just lung, sarcoma and the data from joint Merck study both being presented at ESMO in October...just too many shots on goal coming...
I wish the debate over where the 10-year Treasury yield “should” be would acknowledge one possibility:
During the life of that 10-year bond, this image will likely become normal.
Humanoids working through the night. AI agents operating 24/7. Economic output no longer constrained by human working hours.
AI compresses productive time. (See Anthropic ARR) Debt was underwritten on human time.
You don’t have to believe this is the base case. But it has to be somewhere in the probability distribution.
The 10-year yield debate is effectively the same debate we’re having over AI infrastructure:
Can machine-time ROIC outrun human-time financing costs?
Same question. Different balance sheet.
Who ultimately wins the fight between the old system and the new system where the govt just prints waiting (hoping) for AI to win. For me it is, BTC
Could the scale of AI investment become its own constraint?
One risk I think investors should consider is whether the financing required for the AI infrastructure buildout becomes so large that the investment itself adds meaningful inflation pressure.
If the economy is already growing above its estimated “speed limit,” unemployment remains low, and inflation is still above the Fed’s target, there may be a limit to how much additional investment can be absorbed without tighter financial conditions.
So the question isn’t only how much AI CapEx is planned. It’s how much of that investment can actually come through without forcing a more restrictive macro response.

Human time was industrial capitalism’s operating system.
AI agents are breaking the clock.
Economics, markets, DCF models, and terminal value were built for human speed. Bitcoin is the exception.
Crypto provides the machine rails. Bitcoin hedges time risk.

“The tape does not concern itself with the why and wherefore.” Jesse Livermore
That is the point of this week’s video.
In 2014, Marc Andreessen wrote *Why Bitcoin Matters* and said Bitcoin offers “a sweeping vista of opportunity to reimagine how the financial system can and should work in the Internet era.”
That era is here now.
AI compresses time.
The old system starts to break.
Terminal value for fiat assets get harder to trust.
The fiat system keeps borrowing against the future.
Stripe prepares for AI agents.
The Fed Chair and Treasury Secretary accept Crypto as the new financial rail.
This is the AI-Crypto-Macro Nexus — the point where all three collide.
Now Bitcoin is back above the 200-day on a seven sigma pattern seen two times in the last decade.
Ethereum is also above the 200-day.
The tape is confirming the story.
If you still don’t know why Bitcoin matters, the tape is speaking now.

This was an important week for the convergence of AI Crypto and the aging credit backed fiat system. It is time to think of how time is changing due to exponential AI progress. It has huge implications for portfolios as the terminal value for all assets is being repriced. We cover it all this week. Summer is over. The work begins.
I began managing people in my 20s. After 48 hours using Grok Bot, one thing is clear: access to a team of 24/7/365 digital employees has just been democratized from a usability standpoint. Next hurdle: price.
A must read for anyone interested in how the financial guardrails of the economy will look with the merge of AI and crypto. Combine this with Yen intervention and today’s debt buyback news and you can see the old system vs the new system. Be ready.
@YannickBuccella@JeffreyKleintop So will any tumors from say lung cancer need to be removed first then the shot administered? BC that is what the melanoma treatment requires, $IOVA does that not that...
