🚨 BREAKING: FEDERAL JUDGE ORDERS U.S. GOVERNMENT TO JUSTIFY DETENTION OF ANDREW & TRISTAN TATE!

In a major development in the Tate brothers’ extradition battle, U.S. District Judge Melissa Damian has issued an ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE following their petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

The court has ordered federal officials to explain why the brothers should NOT be released from custody.

DEADLINE: OCTOBER 21, 2026.

The government must submit its legal arguments, along with the documents and transcripts necessary for the court to resolve the petition.

The judge also specifically instructed the government to file a formal RESPONSE, NOT a Motion to Dismiss.

This does NOT mean the brothers have been granted release. It means the federal government must now defend the legal basis for their detention before the court.

The fight over their detention is officially before a federal judge.
