BLACKI CUPS – END OF AN ERA.

My contract with the tournament platform has now come to an end… and honestly, it still feels kinda unreal.

7 years Blacki Cups… crazy when you really think about it.
7 years full of emotions, competition, and most importantly – all of you.

I just want to say thank you to every single player who ever joined my cups. Doesn’t matter if you were there every time or just played once… you made this what it was. Without you, it would’ve just been games – with you, it became real moments.

I hope the cups were more than just a few FIFA matches for you. Maybe a bit of competition, some trash talk, some fun – but most importantly, just a great time together.
And I also hope that what I built was a small part of that, and maybe even something that truly added value to the FIFA community.

For me, it definitely was. And I’ll never forget this time.

I also want to take a moment to thank all the partners I’ve worked with over the years, as well as the tournament platform itself for the opportunity and the great time we had together.

What’s next? Honestly… I’m not done yet.
If I find a new partner, I’m 100% ready to bring the cups back with the same passion as day one.
If anyone is interested, feel free to message me privately.

And if no one reaches out… then there might be one last tournament. A proper goodbye, the way this journey deserves.

Scrolling through X, it seems we’ve hit that time of the month where everyone complains about the game.
It’s time to address the elephant in the room.
Content creators have built their brands on pack openings, picks, and SBCs, almost NEVER on gameplay (with very few exceptions). We’ve spent years watching hours of streams where people just open packs for their community.

In my opinion, EA noticed. They started bombing us with promos because they realized the "content" isn't the match, it's the pack opening. Gameplay became an afterthought, leading to the flawed title we have today.
It’s honestly ironic watching creators complain now. They helped create a system where you can "play" without ever stepping on the pitch.
This is what FUT needs to return to:
• Rivals: 20-25 games for rewards.
• Weekend League: 30 games.
• NO Market.
Let’s get back to the actual game.

As a pro player, I have to point out games we should actually learn from: Rocket League and LoL. They have cosmetics, but if you don’t click "Play Match," you might as well uninstall. The game only exists on the pitch/field and this is the right way 🤷🏻‍♂️
