@WestJet i was told by your agent that ur system that assign seats supersedes passenger safety when i asked her to arrange my two kids under 5 to be seated with my wife. I mentioned WestJet policy but she refused to help. It’s on ur recorded call.

construction on Hwy 1WB at Jumping Pound Bridge and Bear Hill Rd is a safety hazard. Temporary lanes too narrow for semi-trailers, lane markings are missing, and signage is confusing or incorrect. This traffic plan needs review before a serious collision occurs. @ABTransComm

The traffic control and temporary lane setup on Hwy 1 westbound at Jumping Pound Bridge and Bear Hill Rd may be one of the poorest construction zone designs currently operating on Alberta highways.Missing lane markings, inadequate lane for semi’s.
