My mother is undergoing Chemotherapy, however, her insurance claim is getting rejected on grounds of Immunotherapy.
We have submitted our Onchologist Letter claiming it to be Chemotherapy but the Chennai team seems to ignore it.

NO RESOLUTION DESPITE APPROACHING THEIR OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES.
