On May 7, the pantry staff of 14609 Hemkunt Express attacked me .On 8th, of may a zero FIR was filed in Kathua by GRP and today is the 10th of may , but there is no response from GRP Pathankot. Why @grppunjab @PatialaRange @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw

After the assault of a passenger inside the Hemkunt Express by the Catering Mafia of Indian Railways now another video emerged from Bareilly Junction where a passenger was beaten for complaining about poor quality of the tea served.

Shame on IRCTC. These goons knew a complaint was already filed, yet they resorted to extreme violence. Why? To send a message to others that if a complain is filed, you will be roughed up! It's shameful that railway authorities illegally leaked a passenger's complaint details to such goons even before the journey ended. Equally troubling, co-passengers in the bogie stayed silent. May be the catering gang was larger in number, nor do I advise any physical altercation, (and I'm no hero) but something could have been done in defence, collectively.

The young man was bloodied for no fault of his own.

A video apology from the goon(s) and strict legal action are needed to restore faith in the railways - at the very least.
