Thanks to the authors for keeping this discussion alive. The management of the pandemic response in Kuwait & the Gulf needs a proper accounting in all health, ethical, social, and economic aspects.

In this paper we show that prioritizing nationals over migrant workers for COVID-19 vaccines was *ethically indefensible* from a public health standpoint.

Nice review of recent literature on the *causal* effects of upzoning on housing supply and prices.

Also as this excerpt explains succinctly, disentangling demand and supply responses, which often counteract each other, is tricky.
