@SpinnyCare What a poor services from Spinny, my ticket is open for More than 1 month and still there is no resolution and I am not able to get pollution certificate because of this issue. Who will be responsible of not having the pollution certificate and who will bear the penalty

1. Immediately complete the RC transfer and provide me with the updated RC.
2. Provide a written explanation for the delay.
3. Compensate for the inconvenience caused due to non-compliance with statutory timelines.

Lack of legal proof of ownership.
Risk of insurance claim rejection.
Exposure to legal liability in case of traffic checks or incidents.
@SpinnyCare As per the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, RC transfer is legally required within 14 days for intra-state transfers and 45 days for inter-state transfers. Your delay is well beyond the prescribed timeline and constitutes deficiency of service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
