@ResolveQuiet IRCC already announce that they will consider online study same as in-class study if your class has been moved to online due to COVID.
But if you need points for Canada education then you must complete your study.

@med50ma2006 If you have valid CoPR & have self-quarantine plan after arrival in Canada then you should book ticket & come to Canada.
If your CoPR is expired then you should have to get Travel Authorization form IRCC before you book flight ticket.

@kaur8422g Sorry , I have no idea (actually nobody knows) when IRCC / VFS will start giving appointment for visitors, TFW or PR applicants (Express Entry).
