I own an Orange Cosmic iPhone 17 Pro Max, and the body color/coating is changing and deteriorating despite normal usage and use of a protective cover. There is no physical damage on the device.

What is more concerning is that many other users of the Orange Cosmic color variant are reporting the same issue online. This appears to be a recurring product/coating problem specific to this color variant, not isolated accidental damage.

Despite this, the authorized service center refused replacement/support and stated that color change is not covered. For a premium flagship device, this is unacceptable.

Apple should properly investigate this issue and take corrective action for affected customers.
