BDM, AIGETOA & BTEU demand the **immediate implementation of 3rd PRC in BSNL by waiving off the affordability clause.

How can BSNL policymakers continue to enjoy 7th CPC benefits while regular BSNL employees are denied their legitimate #3rdPRC? This discrimination can no longer be accepted.

BDM, AIGETOA और BTEU की स्पष्ट मांग — BSNL में 3rd PRC को तत्काल लागू किया जाए और Affordability Clause को बिना किसी देरी के समाप्त किया जाए।

यह कैसी विडंबना है कि BSNL की नीतियां बनाने वाले अधिकारियों को 7वें वेतन आयोग (7th CPC) का लाभ मिल रहा है, जबकि कंपनी के नियमित कर्मचारी आज भी 3rd PRC से वंचित हैं। यह भेदभाव अब और स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।

हम प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आए अधिकारियों और नियमित कर्मचारियों के बीच वेतन, भत्तों और अन्य सुविधाओं में पूर्ण समानता की मांग करते हैं।
