यह कैसी विडंबना है कि BSNL की नीतियां बनाने वाले अधिकारियों को 7वें वेतन आयोग (7th CPC) का लाभ मिल रहा है, जबकि कंपनी के नियमित कर्मचारी आज भी 3rd PRC से वंचित हैं। यह भेदभाव अब और स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
हम प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आए अधिकारियों और नियमित कर्मचारियों के बीच वेतन, भत्तों और अन्य सुविधाओं में पूर्ण समानता की मांग करते हैं।
