@AskCiti Had to wait 8 business days to touch my funds after depositing a check. Not even 24hr later my account in fraud protection. Be on the phone with reps for a whole hr just to be told you got to call on Monday. Im here to help future victims of y'all tyrannical behavior.

@AskCiti This is the worst bank possible. Instead of improving customer service they focus on fraud protection which becomes makes the service horrible to the average banker. Going through fraud protection is just as bad having your account victimized.
