This is Canadian Punjabi singer named Shubh, whose real name is Shubhneet Singh.

-He deliberately shared a map of India on his Instagram without including Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and the Northeastern states.

- In response, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, and Hardik Pandya unfollowed him on Instagram.

-He was supposed to tour India, Boat, which sponsored this event, decided to cancel its sponsorship. Many other sponsors are doing the same.

-The youth wing of BJP, (BJYM), strongly opposes the singer's appearance. They say he supports Khalistan and posted a wrong map of Kashmir.

- When artists have a lot of young fans, they should be careful not to influence them with their personal beliefs that might harm a country's integrity. People in India won't forget such things.

Lesson:

Don't be like Shubh, think twice before offending 1.4 billion people.
