🚨 ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్ బకాయిలతో తెలంగాణ విద్యార్థుల భవిష్యత్తు ప్రశ్నార్థకంగా మారుతోంది.

కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి రెండున్నరేళ్లు దాటినా, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 నుంచి 2024-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరాల వరకు ఉన్న సుమారు ₹14 వేల కోట్ల ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్ బకాయిలు ఇప్పటికీ పూర్తిగా విడుదల కాలేదు.

ఈ పథకంపై ఆధారపడి చదువుకుంటున్న లక్షలాది మంది పేద, బీసీ, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, మైనారిటీ, ఈబీసీ విద్యార్థులు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. ఫీజులు చెల్లించకపోవడంతో అనేక మంది విద్యార్థులు తమ సర్టిఫికెట్లు, మెమోలు పొందలేక, ఉన్నత విద్య మరియు ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలను కోల్పోతున్నారు.

ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్ బకాయిల ప్రభావం కేవలం విద్యార్థులపైనే కాదు, రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న ఇంటర్మీడియట్, డిగ్రీ, ఇంజినీరింగ్, ఫార్మసీ, నర్సింగ్, బీఈడ్, లా, ఎంబీఏ, ఎంసీఏ కళాశాలలపై కూడా తీవ్రంగా పడుతోంది. ముఖ్యంగా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని విద్యాసంస్థలు ఆర్థిక సంక్షోభంతో సతమతమవుతున్నాయి.

విద్యపై పెట్టుబడి పెట్టడం అంటే రాష్ట్ర భవిష్యత్తుపై పెట్టుబడి పెట్టినట్టే. ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్‌ను ఖర్చుగా కాకుండా విద్యార్థుల భవిష్యత్తు కోసం చేసే పెట్టుబడిగా ప్రభుత్వం చూడాలి.

తెలంగాణ యువత భవిష్యత్తు, విద్యార్థుల చదువులు, వేలాది మంది ఉద్యోగుల జీవనోపాధి దృష్ట్యా ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్‌మెంట్ బకాయిలను విడుదల చేసి విద్యా రంగానికి ఊరటనివ్వాలి.

Along the coast of Tamil Nadu, in the waters of Ramanathapuram, particularly around Pamban, Keelakarai and Ervadi over 300 traditionally skilled fisherwomen dive into the sea everyday to earn for their families. Setting out in groups of eight to ten by boat before sunrise, they skin-dive up to depths of 4–5 metres, hand-picking seaweed from the seabed and gathering it in mesh bags known locally as kacha. By the time they return to shore around 1 p.m., each woman brings back 10–12 bags of seaweed, with each bag weighing 20–25 kilograms. Their labour sustains their families supporting children’s education, and household needs. Government of Tamil Nadu, under the TN-SHORE Project, is designing a Village Enterprise Model working with them to strengthen their enterprise, build value chains and empower them economically.
