@PLDT_Cares Day 4 out the outage series — very dissapointed on how you handle these kind of issues. i found out its not just me but the PLDT subcribers in the area. it took you guys 4 days to send a technician to our area. in the BPO world thats 4 days of lost wages tsk tsk tsk
