Ruchika (of the infamous video) now apologises with 'folded hands'. Says she is only 15.
Good sense prevails even as PM asks for such kids to be forgiven.
But Ruchika adds That people were abusing Modi at the protest site and under their influence she ended up saying what she did. That she was also goaded into saying such things.
A clear indictment of what was happening at the 'peaceful protest'.

#BREAKING: Prime Minister @narendramodi releases yet another midnight video, says he forgives youth who abused him and his mother with most vile language. PM says, it’s our responsibility to help youth who have strayed away. Appeals for nation building.
“My father had a head injury; it was scary.
He told me stones were thrown at him when he was briefing his subordinates.”
- Injured Delhi Police ACP's son Lakshya
PM @narendramodi@'s @Facebook video was not taken down to technical hitch. It was mass reported by @CJP_for_India supporters and the takedown was approved by a senior @Meta executive in India.
@AshwiniVaishnaw - Please do not accept the lame excuse of technical hitch.
Over the last one week over 16 @X accounts of right wing supporters have been suspended by x. This is deliberate targetting.
@HMOIndia needs to investigate the background of employees in IT companies to whom @Meta has outsourced fact checking and flagged posts.

AAP leader, who was very close to his supreme leader, is convicted of the cold-blooded murder of a young IB officer, Ankit Sharma.
How many Gen Zs know this?
We are very clear.
Who the hell are you @SauravDassss 🤡
FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS NOT ABSOLUTE AS PER CONSTITUTION OF INDIA..
You cannot dictate Courts of India..
Kindly listen to the heartbreaking stories of the families of @DelhiPolice personnel.
Takes a lot for the family members to come out and speak on their ordeal…
As a society, we also have a responsibility to ensure that their rights, dignity, and well-being are protected. Their sacrifices deserve to be heard, acknowledged, and respected.
More families of cops injured in Delhi protest speaking up now. Demanding equal access to justice, they have gone to court.
A week earlier, one young girl had spoken up spontaneously on my show for her father. Listen to Gen Z Bhavya as well.

Her father is ex-MARCOS.
As a police officer was in the heart of action.
In the line of fire of stone pelters.
Hit on the head.
Injured, bleeding.
Hear his daughter.
Police personnel are humans too.
Security forces are not fair game...
(My TAKE: All protests must remain peaceful)
Arvind Kejriwal’s close aide Tahir Hussain has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of IB officer Ankit Sharma during the 2020 Delhi riots.
Delhi: Family members of Delhi Police personnel injured during the Jantar Mantar protest addressed a press conference.
The son of an injured Delhi Police ASI says, "My name is Lakshya Singh Bisht, and my father is an ASI who has received four gallantry honours during his career. My grandfather served in the BSF and fought in the 1971 war. My father was deployed on the frontline during the Jantar Mantar protest. I came to know through one of his friends that he had sustained a head injury. When I saw his photograph, his head had been shaved and he had four stitches. I was shocked and scared. When my father returned home, he told me that the protest was not limited to students and that some rowdy and aggressive elements had joined the crowd. He said they allegedly began pelting stones without provocation while he was briefing his subordinates. As he moved to take his senior officers to safety, a stone struck his head, causing a serious injury..."
Saurav Das, spare us the selective outrage and the fake free-speech sermon.
Ruchika Singh didn’t criticise policy, paper leaks, or the Education Minister. She stood on a public platform and hurled filthy abuse at the Prime Minister Modi and his dead mother**. That is not “protest.” That is not “youthful anger.” That is pure gutter-level character assassination of a woman who is no longer alive to defend herself.
You suddenly discovered that “profanity does not attract a criminal case” only when it was aimed at Modi. Where was this lofty principle when people were booked for far milder remarks against other leaders? Or is the rule simple: abuse Modi and his mother = free speech, anything else = criminal?
Your whataboutery about 50% of Lok Sabha MPs having cases is the oldest political deflection in the book. Those cases are already in the system. They don’t give a free pass to a 25-year-old to publicly spit on someone’s dead mother and then demand that the police look the other way. Law is not a menu where you pick and choose whose dignity is worth protecting.
If “harassment of the young must stop,” start by teaching the young that dragging a deceased mother into political abuse is not activism — it is moral bankruptcy. Defending that behaviour doesn’t make you a champion of free speech. It makes you an apologist for the lowest form of public discourse.
Grow up.
