@ValueWithPrem Misspelling by agents is surely wrong. But loan insurance is not necessarily a bad thing. Term loans don’t cover you during job losses etc.
Finding PMF in AI is currently incredibly hard. I've never known a time when we routinely see cos going from $0 to several $m in a few quarters or less but when we chat with customers, the feedback is middling on avg "yes it's good, but I'm trying 5 other things so I dunno" or "yes we paid, but ROI not clear yet".
The pull is high but often providential and can confuse even seasoned entrepreneurs on what really is the signal. It's not just a rising tide, we are seeing the entire seabed lift a few feet up.
We've started to focus much more on brand (and how it shows up in CAC) and retention to understand future durability of a business, versus pure growth or paid growth. Equally important is the team & the product that has an ultra deep understanding of the metrics that matter and are consistently shaping individual KPIs while ensuring the whole company is crystal clear on the 1-2 top level KPIs that matter. Fewer the better. The good news is, if you are able to shape this momentum into a real business, there is massive capital squeeze at the top where the top 2-3 category leads are sucking all $s in, and race their way to $1b ARR. The challenges at that scale can often remain the same, but you can ride out the uncertainty and keep "earning the right" to serve your customers.
Most AI issues are because of bad data, unclear UX, and misaligned expectations. This is a story about learning those lessons the hard way — and what I now tell every product and engineering team. https://t.co/IoK1lIP018
@BlrCityPolice Every time I call the police person calls on my cellphone and asks me to come down. I am not sure why that’s needed. That’s why I am tweeting.
@BlrCityPolice - I am hearing a lot of fire-crackers in the Devarachikanahalli Road area. Can you please get these guys to stop? I have early morning work/meetings. As per this, it is allowed tomorrow and day after till 10 PM. Thanks for your attention.

I’m coding until 4 AM again.
Not because I have to.
But because AI tools made me fall in love with building again.
After 15 years in management
I thought my coding days were behind me.
Then I discovered V0, Bolt, Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code.
Built 7 apps + a startup in 10 months
All while keeping my full-time job
The difference between 2005 and 2025?
Then: 6 months to learn one framework
Now: 6 hours to build a working app
You didn’t miss the coding revolution.
You’re arriving at the perfect time.
The playing field just got leveled.
👉 If you’re coding (or thinking about it), I’d love to hear.
A lesson I learned early in my career: It's hard to motivate people, but easy to demotivate them.
Sometimes, our good intentions have the exact oppositive effect (and easy ways to avoid them):
