@FedEx @FedExHelp I have been on call for more than an hour, my calls being transferred from one department to another but no one is handling my query of excessive VAT has been charged on my inbound shipment!

Further to this,I gave up with frustrating service of FedEx and paid the incorrect excessive VAT in full on 8th June, I still haven't received my parcel! Calling them every day and they don't have a clue when it will be delivered! V disappointed @FedExHelp

@aclresident @anton_georgiou @Brent_Council If I talk about just one 0.5mile area and not the whole Brent, we have 4 new residence sites adding more than 1000 house holds in last 7 years here at Alperton with same amount of bins (even now less than before), Gps and schools! How is it fair in any way?!
