On my complaint to @airindia I have only received copy-pasted replies I am assuming from a bot - no single reply from an actual human.

WTH @airindia. My flight from Chicago ORD was canceled without any notification and rescheduled after 27 hours. There is no one here at the airport from Air India to talk to or assist. The customer care has 30 minutes wait time and even after that they are just consoling.

@airindia The only reply I'm getting is that you're sorry for inconvenience and that Air India has no means of contacting their staff at Chicago Airport. This is nothing but a traumatic experience.
