@darwebkiller@bitexencom 4 günün sonunda iade etmisler hesaba farklı ağ üzerinden çekim verdim. Daha önce sorun yaşamamıştımda kullanılacak bir borsa değil artık. Tron ağı ücretleri vb. diger borslara göre çok fazla.
Almost 3 days later @bitexencom still hasn’t resolved my withdrawal issue. Status is “processed” but there is no TXID, suggesting it was never broadcast. Support keeps sending automated replies instead of a real solution. Please resolve urgently.
@bitexencom This is the second time you request my email. I already provided it and it’s in your system. It’s been 3 days with no real update on my withdrawal, only repeated automated replies. Please escalate this to the technical team and give a clear status update.
