❗ Blackout in Odesa: Russia launches its largest strike on the region’s energy infrastructure since 2022
Odesa was plunged into a complete blackout overnight as Russia carried out its most massive attack on the region’s energy system since 2022.
Around ten electrical substations and a thermal power plant were damaged. Fires broke out following the strikes, with residential buildings and administrative facilities also hit. Four people were injured.
Local authorities say that nearly the entire city remains without electricity, heating, and water.
Congratulations to the @scotrefcouncil on its 40th Anniversary! Great Reception @ScotParl on 18 Nov. A powerful reminder of how vital dignity, support, respect are for people seeking safety. Grateful to all colleagues and communities working to make Scotland a welcoming place.
My first Selkirk Grace at Dundee Burns Club’s St Andrew’s Night — maybe the first ever read in 🇺🇦 in 🏴! Thanks to Graham Ogilvy, Jimmy Black, and @DundeeBurnsClub for a brilliant evening. “Where else would you meet a Scot, Ukrainian and Frenchman at a Burns Club… or would you?”
We’re honoured that Bring Together received congratulations from @StephenGethins, recognising the recent #nationallottery award. It will help us deliver community projects #hiddentalents and #warmcircle. This recognition reflects the hard work of everyone involved. Thank you!
Success isn't defined by the resources you possess, but by the focused action that precisely targets your aim. It appears that the resources are usually wasted without understanding what are we trying to achieve and what is alternative way to do this 🤔

Final session of Conflict Management Course at @DVVAscot . Many thanks to fantastic Maryam Deeni for the partnership, talented Jay Donaldson from @AbertayUni for his contribution, and all participants who attended the course. We much enjoyed working with you all!
@P_Kallioniemi It is not doing good for community and children living in Dundee. There are issues, but blaming 12 year old’s or Bulgarian couple fault is not gonna help anyone. We need to think about resolving the issue, not escalate it.
