Well @knoxvilleraces fans I don't know how you feel about superstition or luck, but @BradyBacon was my lucky number in my fortune cookie today.... πππ
@knoxvilleraces@AMSOILINC Robert Ballou could've been competitive if he wasn't focused on running all the faster cars into the wall.... Would've been nice if y'all just black flagged him so everyone else could race....
@Coach_Beckmann On the flip side, the family is excited for the kid who has worked their butt off to get the offer
You offered other kids, so they should be able to state things like this
You forget without the kids that you have nobody to coach
Drop the ego and lift the kids up. Stop crying.
@DMEASrecruiting@off_one_tenth@ScoopBertman To be fair, it really is a weird take. I'll give you a non-baseball example. I live in the south, we have a hockey team. Nobody is getting drafted from this league, never has. But, here they are legends, they pack the arena. They auction memorabilia. It grows the sport, it's fun.
@BlakeAnderson@TheRestartCone I don't think provisionals are earned at all. "People know you, you give us a lot of money... You earned a chance to bend the rules..." How does that make sense? Should be no provisionals in any form of racing anywhere....
@KirkHerbstreit Where is Brian McCann or Madison Bumgartner when you need them? I assure you, if I was behind the plate, it would've taken every guy in that dugout to get him across it....
@FatherOf4Lunas@CoachSwit I completely disagree about football recruiters. I have worked in both. Football recruiters like to talk and get to know programs. Baseball coaches want to know the coach's resume and stroke egos. This is why college football is way easier to enjoy than college baseball.
@ChalkNewsNow@CoachSwit Historically bad? Because they don't charge parents for their work? In what world are they allowed to not practice and not put forth effort? You seem to have an agenda to push....
@DMEASrecruiting@CoachMarcusHill@TurtizzleLive I like this too! What we did was implement it for general fitness. But, instead of a cutoff time, we just wanted consistent improvement. Not a demand to be a certain rate, just a competition of self to improve.
@CoachMarcusHill@TurtizzleLive@DMEASrecruiting I can't like this enough! You know how many coaches fought me on this? I finally said, "everyone in this room has a health degree... Find me one good argument that isn't, "we all did...." And nobody could!
@TurtizzleLive@DMEASrecruiting Do something that translates. Do a push up contest. Do a 1st to third contest. Do a leg out a triple contest. Do a who throws the most strikes out of 20 pitches contest. Youβre trying to build a baseball team this isnβt the presidential fitness award.
@BFW@thatstilt@GetOchocinco@tannerintupelo I was relaxed. π I can't help it you talk about things you don't understand. But that's common here, merit means nothing. It's not what you know, it's who you blow.... But you already know that, clearly....
@LeeBrown710@ChrisLeeGoCocks@coachcasey13u It's not hard to understand that two things can be true. Nobody is arguing they had no other chances. However, that was not a strike. π
@BFW@thatstilt@GetOchocinco@tannerintupelo I don't think calling you incompetent is overreacting. Boston just scored in NJ and the place erupted in cheers. I think you're ignorant. You wanted to shit on hockey, and you have a weak argument because you don't know enough about the sport. Which is typical of sports media.
@BFW@thatstilt@GetOchocinco@tannerintupelo Someday I hope to be allowed to be as incompetent about my job while being allowed to make a check as you are.... Sports media has way too many clickbait/engagement people...
