Some people think that transfered to exchange of market makers' balance are just dumping the blance to the exchanges.

GSR Markets is continuously sending $RSR to multiple exchanges, and Kraken is doing the same.

There was a short-term rally, and now there is a correction. GSR market is also sending $RSR to Kraken, but there is no specific net selling.
