@Delta My daughter’s bag was sent to San Diego by mistake Sunday, even though a Delta rep assured us it would stay in Atlanta. Two wasted trips to the Atlanta airport and hours wasted trying to get in touch with someone. Her bag is still at the San Diego airport. Unacceptable.

@lyft Took a trip from the Atlanta airport this week during rush hour and had to go 30 miles, so the ETA was 68 minutes. The driver decided to ignore the map and got off the interstate in a very bad part of town AND his gas gauge was on E! Lyft has done nothing about it.

@Delta It’s 7:53pm, the Atl to Orf still hasn’t stated boarding. Passengers depend on an accurate departure time. Why does Delta still show boarding at 7:24 and departure at 8:04?

@Delta DL3037. Scheduled departure 6:10pm. Some storms moved through which cleared by 6:30. It’s now 11:40pm and still haven’t departed. Not acceptable.
