✨ Motivational Monday ✨
In dance, it always starts with an intention, the decision to take that first step onto the floor.
Then it becomes a behavior, showing up to class.
Next, a habit, practicing consistently.
Over time, it turns into a practice, sharpening your skills and enjoying the journey.
Soon, it feels like second nature, your body moves with confidence and energy.
And finally, it becomes simply who you are, a dancer, inside and out. 💃🕺

Keep showing up. Keep moving. Keep becoming.

[MelomanoInc @Melomano_Inc]

When you finish your progressive (traveling) left turn by 5, you have so much more time to prepare for that double right turn! This is a collaborative effort by lead & follow! A quicker lead 3 to 5 will indicate to the follower that they should be facing the leader by 5. Then, the follow can finish with a street basic 5, 6, 7 (aka 7 stepped forward) for that added compression before the double turn 🙌💥
