@united ridiculous…flight to IAD was delayed & you couldn’t hold the boarding doors of the connection flight open 2 extra minutes, though the connection is also delayed & hasn’t even left. I have to wait 5 hrs for a flight now that doesn’t even get me to my intended destination.

@Gatwick_Airport As I stare at the exact location of my iPad on my app, I find it absolutely appalling there is not a single person to inform to help me. And so much for a “lost property team” if it has no contact with the airport about lost property that can be easily retrieved.

@Gatwick_Airport very frustrated by the limited contact options and assistance from this staff. After leaving my iPad on the plane within the seat pocket I have tracked it through my app and watched it fly from another country and back to Gatwick in the past 24 hours.

@Gatwick_Airport continues to be of zero help even though I can very clearly see the exact terminal and gate which my iPad is currently at on the plane through my app. There’s nobody available to contact and inform where to look before the plane takes off with my iPad yet again.

The @Gatwick_Airport “lost property team” is also useless as they say they can’t help me until the iPad is brought off of the plane by airport staff. They also claim they have no contact with @Gatwick_Airport to inform the staff where to look to retrieve the lost item.

@British_Airways I can see the exact terminal & gate my iPad is currently at in Gatwick, but @British_Airways at Gatwick is impossible contact. I’m so frustrated with how difficult it is to actually contact the staff to retrieve my iPad, especially given that I see it on my app.

@British_Airways I have contacted you multiple times. My iPad was left on an aircraft that flew into Gatwick. I was told it would be taken off by cabin crew. Over the last 24 hrs I‘ve tracked it on my app and watched it fly to another country & back to Gatwick still on the plane.

A helpful tip: If someone is not good with the English language, yelling at them does make it easier for them to understand you. They’re from a different country, they’re not deaf.
