My cc was charged. I was not told and waited for it to arrive. Very bad customer service. This should be communicated with the customer and they should not charge the cc until it is being delivered. Not happy

Hey @IKEAUSA I ordered two of one item. It was supposed to be delivered today. After spending several minutes I was able to locate the chat. I was told that it was back ordered. When I asked why I wasn’t informed I got 0 answer.

If a person trips you onto a piece of property and you hit your head on a rock, the owner can be liable even tho they aren’t the ones who attacked you.
