@TD_Canada Getting nowhere with your travel claims administrator @GlobalExcelMGMT! Trip cancellation due to a travel advisory - they tell me only land costs are covered (no flights). The policy doesn’t say this. Are the TD Aeroplan Visa Infinite travel benefits legit? Doesn’t seem like it!

@TD_Canada I am considering cancelling my TD Aeroplan Infinite visa! The insurance provider - Global Excel Management is incompetent. Denying my reimbursement for a flight cancellation to Uganda due to Canadian travel Advisory issued (Ebola outbreak). This is clearly covered!

@TD_Canada I did and the respondent (chat bot?) told me to contact Global Excel and also gave me instructions on how to cancel my Visa. Not very helpful
