@PGC1a_RB I was pretty much the same, built a decent amount of muscle within around a year considering I was borderline anemic, working out 4/5 days a week, I felt fatigued pretty quick in th gym, suffered from brain fog also. Got a iron infusion around 5 weeks ago and the rest is history

@AntiDoc I’ve had a pretty similar experience, i was 140lbs when i started, im pushing 170lbs now with a massive visual change. People certainly notice, I would be a lot further if it wasn’t for my ferritin being at 19 ug/L and my haemoglobin on the lower end since starting. I’m 5’11” btw
