@DJISupport @DJIGlobal Absolutely no help! I Have gone through all of this with both units numerous times as advised previously by DJI and absolutely nothing. And you say send in for a service! Where would you like me to do this if you dont have a repair agent in South Africa? Very bad after service🤬

What's happening with DJI product quality?
I now have 2 dead DJI pockets.
1st one bought in 2019 stopped working just out of warranty. Could not be repaired and had to buy a replacement. Not even 18 months later same problem not charging or switching on🤬 Why DJI?

@DJISupport @DJIGlobal Now having the exact same problem with the replacement unit not charging and or switching on. From the research I did on your website and online it seems to be a battery issue. Therefore my frustration having spend good money to buy your products to have the same thing happen.

@DJISupport @DJIGlobal Hi I am from South Africa and was told when the first one stopped working that there was no DJI repairs centre in South Africa and because it was just outside the warranty there is nothing DJI could do unless I paid to have it shipped to the US so it was cheaper to buy a new one.
