Yesterday, the engineer visit was scheduled for 3:00–4:00 PM, but no one arrived. Today it was rescheduled to 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, yet again, no one visited. @TRAI

Requesting @TRAI and @DoT_India to take note of such repeated service delays and ensure telecom operators are held accountable for the commitments they make to consumers.

Now the app shows another reschedule to 4:00–5:00 PM. I've paid for a 1 month plan. Will @JioCare compensate me by extending my validity for the period your service has been unavailable? Customers shouldn't lose paid service days because of repeated delays @TRAI @DoT_India
