Definitely not ready to throw Geno overboard, I think he needs a system that emphasizes his strengths and limits his opportunities to get nervous, overthink and fuck up. If he had that I think he’s a consistent top 10 QB

Rly feel like we need to fire Shane Waldron and introduce someone new to uncover if he is really what is holding Geno back. Overall biggest weakness is lack of adaptability over time, season long and per game. Easy to figure out, which is why we see fall off halfway thru szn b2b
